Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Ketab-e.com has a customer-friendly refund, cancellation, and return policy as described below:

• If, for any reason, you have to cancel your order, please do that within 24 hours from the time you place the order.
• Please call us at +91-9433813450 to request your cancellation. If it is a Sunday or Public Holiday, please place your cancellation request via WhatsApp to the same number.
• If the cancellation request is placed before the order is shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.
• Orders cannot be canceled once it is shipped, and therefore no refund will be possible.
• If while receiving the order you find the product in bad shape (tampered or damaged package) you can either a) refuse to accept the product and return it to the delivery person, b) you can take an unboxing video to demonstrate the nature of the damage and then send the product back to our address via India Post’s registered parcel option. If you somehow receive the wrong book or the book has some major manufacturing/printing defects (such as missing pages or swapped pages or some other damages, except minor corner damages due to transportation), please take pictures and videos to demonstrate the issue and send the product back via India Post’s registered parcel option.
• The return of the product has to be initiated within seven (7) days after receiving the product.
• You must call/WhatsApp the number +91-9433813450 and demonstrate the problem to our representative before initiating the return of the book(s).
• We’ll re-dispatch a new replacement product within two (2) working days after the returned product is received by us.
• Please note that returns without valid reason or initiated after seven days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
• If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the shipping charge will be deducted from the order amount while the refund will be made from our side.
