Translation Fellow (2022) of New India Foundation, Bengaluru was engaged in translating 'Satchollisher Diary' by Prof. Nirmal Kumar Bose who served as the Private Secretary of Mahatma Gandhi in 1946-1947. The Jaat Vaishnava Saga' is his second endeavour and he has been attached to it passionately taking it as a labour of love. He spent most of his working life in several national-level surveys, be it statistical or anthropological, producing many essays published in different journals and edited books. His first book of poetry is 'Jolchhobi'.
